Brave Hearts Cards was created from a simple but powerful belief:
no child should have to explain their medical condition alone, over and over again.
Behind this idea is its founder, Ema MartÃnez, a mother with a deep passion for supporting children and families navigating chronic medical conditions.
Through her lived experience and close connection to families going through medical journeys, she saw a recurring challenge: children often carry the emotional weight of having to explain their condition in school and social environments.
Brave Hearts Cards was born to change that.

VOZ DE ESPERANZA
Voz de Esperanza is a project designed for babies in NICU and hospital settings who are separated from their mothers during critical moments.
It allows newborns to hear their mother’s voice, prayers, and calming messages even when she cannot be physically present.
Its purpose is to reduce stress in hospitalized infants and strengthen the emotional bond between mother and child.
More than a device, it is a source of comfort, presence, and hope in one of the most difficult experiences a family can face.
